Current Assignment

Students are writing a letter to me, Mrs. Eitner, in a business format using Google Docs.  When they are finished with their document, they should share it with deitner@campbellusd.org through Google Docs.
Click here for the assignment directions - IntroLetterDirections
DUE DATE - Wednesday, September 16 - Drop Dead Due Date - Wednesday, September 30

Google Drive

Students have a user name and password for Google Drive (Google Docs/Spreadsheets, etc) through our Campbell Google for Education network.  Students do not have email with this account, but they can collaborate through documents on assignments and access their work from anywhere they have internet access.  Students are expected to use this tool appropriately and within the CUSD technology use agreements.

Digital Literacy Curriculum/Certification

We are currently working on a Digital Literacy curriculum by EverFi.  Students must have a score of 7/10 (70%) to pass.  They can retake tests if their score is less than 70%.  Click here to access the EverFi website.  Each student has their own user name and password.  If you have any questions, please contact me.

Learning to Code

Students are getting an introduction to programming through http://code.org where they are spending an hour to learn to code.  Code.org teaches basic programming logic and skills in javascript programming, while using a program that has "blocks" that are pre-written with the java script code.  Here are some additional websites where students can practice their coding skills.
